Regular/Ongoing Yoga Classes My schedule is about to change... Please contact me to get on my mailing list and find out about upcoming yoga classes.
Private and semi-private/small-group classes are available, at my place or yours! Contact me to schedule:
Prana / Chakra Yoga, aka "Chakralignment" is a Hatha-like form of yoga that utilizes asanam, breath, and mantra to move our prana (energy or life-force) and access and balance our chakras (energy centers). I generally incorporate vinyasa-flow and inspiration from other schools into my classes.
Doshic Yogafollows the exercise & meditation recommendations of Ayurveda, tailoring our asana practice to our unique constitution, the season, and our environment. Different poses, speeds, and breaths affect each doshic type differently, and thus Ayurveda provides guidelines about which yogic techniques help bring balance to each dosha.
